What do I do when backup fails with error "Backup failed -Command line parameters are incorrect or incomplete"?
Acronis service on endpoint cannot interpret commands sent from Backup script. It is possible that the BUDR module has been uninstalled or damaged.
First we need to establish is there is a problem with the install. ?
Go to the Backup tab ->Install/Remove and use the verify button to check that the install is ok. ??
Ensure that the version number is the latest. Each version of Acronis has different command line parameters and if the wrong version is installed, kaseya will not send the correct command line to it. ?
If this is not the problem, try canceling and re-scheduling the backup task, this will recreate the script and ensure that the correct command line is being used for that version of the backup.?
