Mounting a backup image fails on a Backup client running Windows 2000 or Windows Server 2003. Error message is "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". This may occur when using Explore Volumes function from Kaseya interface or the Kaseya or Acronis local UI on the client machine.
This is a Windows error which occurs when paged pool memory is exhausted due to the size of the Archive that Acronis is trying to open. Further details can be found in this Microsoft article -http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304101
Usually the problem can be resolved by adjusting paged pool memory configuration, as described in the above linked Microsoft article.
If it is still not possible to mount the archive due to physical resource constraints, one or more of the following workarounds may be used: -
1) mount the archive from another computer with Backup installed that has more system resource
2) "explore" the archive using the right-click menu from Windows Explorer (please note that if Acronis client is v11.x, the Acronis Management Console must be installed for this feature to be available)
3) use the Universal Restore CD to recover the backup to another disk, then copy the required files from there
