KES Full Scan Logging

QUESTION

Why aren't the KES full scans showing up in the AVG Event History Log on the endpoint?

 

ANSWER

When a KES full scan is scheduled via the Security module in the VSA, a command is sent to the agent to schedule and run the full scan silently. Because of this, the full scans will not show up in the Event History Log on the application. However, the full scans will be reflected in the Security > Protection > View Logs page in the VSA.
