High CPU utilization by avgemc.exe after installing KES on Exchange or SBS server
avgemc.exe is AVG's email scanner component.
It is designed to scan email on the client side, and it is not recommended to install it on a server.
To remove the email scanner, go to Security > Configure > Install/Remove and click the Options button. Uncheck "Email Scanner" and save, then reinstall KES to the affected server. The install program will remove the scanner.
To apply mailbox protection to Exchange servers, go to Security > MS Exchange > Install/Remove
