Why does the AVG control center icons not show up after KES install and after user manually turns on the Email scanner and Resident shield, they automatically turn off?

 

ANSWER?

 

The KES AVG installation does not include shortcuts to AVG Control Center and, although it is possible to launch the Control Center executable (avgcc.exe), any configuration changes will be overwritten the next time the profile updates.

 

We do not support end-user control of AVG using Control Center - any changes to Security configuration should be made through the Kaseya interface.
