Why is the KES profile not respected and AVG configuration greyed out?
Profile settings from KES are not applied to AVG client.
Configuration pages in AVG UI are "greyed out" and cannot be changed.
The endpoint was previously manged via AVG Admin server, and the configuration is locked down due to Admin Server's security settings.
Delete the following file from the endpoint: -
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\avg9\Cfg\update.cfg
Restart the Kaseya Security service to reapply the configuration
