KAV install getting failed with "FAILED in processing THEN step 1, Get File, with error File Open Failed, Getting status of c:\kworking\kav\kav_install.log"
Error in below screenshot will show up in Agent > Agent logs > Agent Procedure logs
This typically happens where the KAV install MSI has not run and therefore has not output a log to pulled back. In the majority of cases the install has not been run because there are other incompatible products installed on the machine that's preventing the install of KAV. This Log can be found here on endpoint
While this log should be brought back to kaseya if "c:\kworking\kav\kav_install.log" does not exist it will result in this error.

You will have to navigate to this location "C:\kworking\KAV\avpsetup.rpu" to find out why the install failed. "Avpsetup.rpu" can be opened in notepad
