Third-Party Utilities for Removing Other Vendors' Software

Symptoms: In order to successfully install Kaspersky on an endpoint, you'll need to make sure that no other AV software is installed on the machine.

 

Resolution: If a third-party AV software is still running, please take a look at the following KB:

 

http://support.kaspersky.com/consumer/tools-utilities

 

Here you will find the uninstall tools, download the one that is installed and run the removal tool. After, reboot the machine and try installing Kaspersky.
