Remote control disabled from agent menu - can it be re-enabled by VSA user?
- remote control to an agent is disabled
- is there any way for Kaseya VSA user to re-enable it?
- no, the only place that remote control can be enabled or disabled is the Kaseya Agent system tray menu on the managed machine
- the option to disable remote control can be removed from the agent menu using Agent > Configure Agents > Agent Menu page, but this will not re-enable remote control if already disabled
