Latest Version of Programs are not Installing.

Problem: I have a profile that I configured to push out Adobe Reader 11. Currently the version in the profile shows Reader 11.0.9 but I see that Reader 11.0.10 is available. How can I push the latest version out to the endpoints?

Solution: To ensure that you are always deploying the latest version of any program, make sure that the option Always Deploy Latest and Auto Approve Software options are enabled for the profile. You can confirm this via Software Deployment > Profiles > Manage > Profile in question > Edit Profile button:

Note: Having the Always Deploy Latest option ensures that the latest version of a program is always deployed and making sure the Auto Approve option is checked ensures that the programs get pushed out immediately and without waiting your approval.
