Why can't I edit any of the agent procedures within the 'System' cabinet?

PROBLEM:

I cannot seem to edit any of the agent procedures within the 'System' cabinet. How can I edit these Agent Procedures?

SOLUTION:

Agent Procedures within the 'System' cabinet are not editable.

However, customers can make a copy of the agent procedures by simply selecting a procedure within the 'System' cabinet, holding the CTRL key, and dragging the procedure over to a new folder within the 'Private' cabinet. Once the procedure is within the 'Private' cabinet, only then can it be edited.
