Why can't I edit any of the Agent Procedures within the "System" Cabinet?


I cannot seem to edit any of the Agent Procedures within the "System" Cabinet. How can I edit these Agent Procedures?


Agent Procedures within the "System" Cabinet are not editable.

However, customers can make a copy of the Agent Procedures by simply selecting a procedure within the "System" Cabinet, holding the CTRL key, and dragging the procedure over to a new folder within the "Private" Cabinet. The Agent Procedure can then be edited within the "Private" Cabinet:
