Agent status icon does not provide access to Remote Control, Live Connect or Quickview

Problem

  • nothing happens when clicking or hovering over agent status icon, so unable to access any of the following - Remote Control (KRC), Live Connect (KLC), agent Quickview

Cause

  • the problem may be caused by missing or corrupt license data

Resolution

  • go to System > Server Management > License Manager
  • copy license code to clipboard
  • click Update Code button and re-enter the same code again

  • Kaseya VSA - all versions (on-premises customers only)
