Live Connect plug-in and agent log collection

Sometimes Kaseya support will ask for the following logs to troubleshoot issues with Live Connect (KLC).


Agent logs

Use alt+click hidden link in "machine info" section (shown below) to retrieve the logs. The agent must be online, but an active KLC session is not needed. Attach the file to your support ticket.



Browser plug-in logs

Browser plug-in logs can be found in these locations (depending on operating system): -


Windows Vista/2008 and later - C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\KlcLogs

Windows XP/2003 - c:\documents and settings\username\AppData\Local\Temp\KlcLogs


Archive the entire "KlcLogs" folder and attach to your support ticket.
