Reinstalling LiveConnect not working properly in Chrome

QUESTION
If the Live Connect plugin extension is manually removed form the Chrome browser or LiveConnect is uninstalled via Control Panel > Add/Remove programs, when you try to install it again when prompted upon next login to the Kaseya server, the Liveconnect plug-in extension will be missing. The VSA will prompt to download and install again, but it will not work.

ANSWER
This is expected behaviour. For security reasons, Chrome blocks installation by 3rd party programs of extensions that were deleted by a user. This also affects Kaseya Live Connect plug-in installer.
Therefore if a user deletes the Live Connect extension, they have to install it again manually using these steps: -
 
1) In Windows Explorer, browse to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Kaseya\LiveConnect - you should find a file called LiveConnect-6-3.crx (if not, run the Live Connect installer)
2) In Chrome, go to Tools > Extensions
3) Drag and drop the LiveConnect-6-3.crx file from Explorer to the Extensions tab in Chrome - click Add button to confirm you want to add the extension
4) Relaunch Chrome - Live Connect should now work
