In BullPhish ID, we've introduced a powerful feature called "Continuous Target Sync" to simplify the process of conducting mandatory training for all your employees. This feature eliminates the need to manually setup custom groups, making it easier than ever to ensure that all employees receive the required training courses, including new hires.
Here's a step-by-step guide to efficiently conduct mandatory trainings using Continuous Target Sync:
Step 1: Create a mandatory annual training campaign
Start by creating a new training campaign and name it "Mandatory Annual Training YYYY."
Ideally, this campaign should be scheduled to start in the month of January, but you can choose any suitable start date.
Step 2: Add mandatory training courses
In this campaign, include all the mandatory training courses that every employee in your client organizations must complete.
Step 3: Set campaign expiration date
To keep the campaign open throughout the year, set the campaign expiration date for the end of the year.
Step 4: Enable Continuous Target Sync
The key step to automate this process is to enable the Continuous Target Sync toggle on the View All Training Campaigns page.
How Continuous Target Sync Works
When Continuous Target Sync is enabled, any new targets added to the group linked to an ongoing training campaign will automatically receive invitations to the required training courses.
This means that when a new user is added to the group via AD sync or manual input, they will be synced to the ongoing training campaign, and they will receive their training course invitations within minutes.
No more manual setup of training for new hires each month.
Eliminates the need to create custom groups to assign training.
Ensures that all employees, including new hires, receive mandatory training promptly.
Continuous Target Sync in BullPhish ID simplifies the process of conducting mandatory training for your employees. By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and automate your training campaigns, ensuring that all employees stay up-to-date with the required courses.
