The June 30, 2023 release contains the following fixes and additions:



We have changed the formatting of automated email and PSA incident tickets from HTML to plain text.

This change provides better readability and formatting within email clients and PSA tools and allows the SOC team to modify the contents of the notification to provide additional event details and remediation guidance as needed.
