As part of our ongoing efforts to continue uniting the Datto and Kaseya customer experience across all products, we have made some changes to our main helpdesk page.
How do I log in?
On the main page, click Sign In. The login page opens.
Click a login option to authenticate
Once you have been authenticated, you can review existing requests or create new ones.
How do I create a request?
To create a new request, click New Request
From here, you can select the type of request you'd like to open:
How do I view existing requests?
To view your existing requests, click My Requests
Here you can see your requests and even filter them by status
Live Chat
If you'd like to contact us via Live Chat, you may do so by clicking on Support
You can then press the "Live chat" button.
Once here, press Start Chat to begin your session.
