When you log into BullPhish ID, you will see a dashboard and a navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen. The navigation bar is your direct hub for all services and support tools for the BullPhish ID application.

If you log into BullPhish ID as a Partner Administrator/Partner Agent, you can view your organization's information and statistical data on the dashboard.

  • Targets & Groups: The Targets & Groups module allows you to create or manage targets (training recipients) and add them to groups. Targets can be created initially, before adding them to a group, or they can be manually imported from a CSV file while creating a group. Once a target is added, you can also edit or duplicate an existing group. Groups can use the Phishing Simulation and Training & Awareness modules.
    • The sections below allow you to create and manage targets & groups:
      • Groups: This page displays all your registered groups and allows you to register new ones.
      • Directories: This page allows you to view your active directories.
      • Targets: This page allows you to view and add targets individually or bulk through a CSV file.

Note:

    • Modifications to a group will not affect the campaigns that are in In Progress status because group information is synced right before a campaign is processed. Changes made to a group will be reflected in new or scheduled campaigns.
    • The following statuses are considered to be In Progress status: Processing, Sending Emails, and Running Campaigns.
