BMS Service Desk Knowledge Base | Not able to attach a document in BMS Service Desk Knowledge Base


Based on BMS documentation, there is supposed to be an Attachment tab in Knowledge base but this is not the case when creating a new KB article. 

Nowhere do we find attachment option. 



Follow the steps outlined below to get the attachment option :

  • Enter the basic details it asks on the page
  • Save it
  • Then you will see an option "Attachments"
