How Do I Set Up Autotask Integration?

1. Add new user (recommend)

- Open your Autotask account

- Go to “Admin” -> “Recourses (Users)”

- Click button New and add new user a new user called “unigma” and make it an “API User” security level

Use this user for integration

 Information: One Autotask contract maps one Unigma Customer/Project.

 2. Add Integration to Unigma

- Open Unigma

- Go to "Settings" -> "Integrations"

- Click "Add" for Autotask integration and enter your login and password (from step 1)

- Click “Configure Billing Integration” button for Autotask integration. Map Unigma Account to Autotask Account, then select Contract and Settings for Autotask Services.
