How Do I Set Up Autotask Integration?


1. Add a new user (recommend)

- Open your Autotask account.

- Go to Admin>Resources (Users).

- Click New and add new user a new user called unigma and make it an API User security level.

Use this user for integration

 Information: One Autotask contract maps one Unigma Customer/Project.

 2. Add Integration to Unigma

- Open Unigma

- Go to Settings >Integration

- Click "Add" for Autotask integration and enter your login and password (from step 1)


- Click “Configure Billing Integration” button for Autotask integration. Map Unigma Account to Autotask Account, then select Contract and Settings for Autotask Services.
