Issue: Our KServer Agent is showing offline in the VSA, and our Kaseya Server is up and running. What could be the issue here?
Possible Cause: You have this agent using something else other than localhost for the Agent > Check-in Control values (Primary KServer and Secondary KServer).
Resolution: It's recommended to have the Primary KServer and Secondary KServer set to use localhost, on port 5721 (default port for agents to check in), or custom port if applicable.
Note: If the above is set to use localhost, yet this agent keeps showing offline in the UI, please gather agent logs and reach out to Kaseya Support for further assistance.
