An important step in uniting Datto and Kaseya is unifying our customer experience across all products. In early February, customers (and employees) will access Kaseya and Datto knowledge base (KB) content in the Kaseya KB.
What content is moving?
- All partner-facing KB articles on help.datto.com
- All internal KB articles in Salesforce
How will I find my articles?
You will find your articles on helpdesk.kaseya.com. Anyone going to help.datto.com will be redirected to helpdesk.kaseya.com. There will not be redirects in place for individual articles.
On the landing page, use the search bar at the top of the page OR navigate to your product and click the logo to view all available articles:
Update your bookmarks
During December, take note of any bookmarks you have created for current KB articles (this does not apply to online help links – they will not change. Update these to the corresponding Kaseya KB URL on or after mid-February.
