This article will show you how to enable Log in with IT Complete, also known as "Log in with KaseyaOne", for each of your Kaseya modules. Starting on March 3rd, 2023 we are rolling out upgrades to our Single Sign-On (SSO) technology for each module to make it easier to link them to KaseyaOne. Please review the instructions below for SSOv1 and SSOv2.
SSOv2
Each module requires only one step, at a Global level, to enable the feature for all users. Once the feature is enabled, all users will automatically gain access to the module via Log in with KaseyaOne without having to enable it individually.
Requirements:
To enable these features, you must:
- Be a user with the Master role in KaseyaOne and the appropriate role (Administrator, System, etc.) that has access to the feature in the module, for the Global setting.
- Have a user account in both KaseyaOne and the module with the same email address or username.
Click on a Module below to view the instructions for enabling SSOv2 of Log in with KaseyaOne.
Dark Web ID
Enable Global Setting:
- From the Dark Web ID home page, navigate to My Account > My Organization > MSP Settings

From the MSP Settings tab, toggle the button next to Log in with KaseyaOne
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
*If SSOv2 is not working for you, please ensure that your email and/or username in the module match your email and/or username in your KaseyaOne account.
SSOv1
Each module requires two main steps to enable the feature, one at a Global level to enable the feature for all users and one at an Individual level for each user to link their accounts.
Requirements:
To enable these features, you must:
- Be a user with the Master role in KaseyaOne and the appropriate role (Administrator, System, etc.) that has access to the feature in the module, for the Global setting.
- Have a user account in both KaseyaOne and the module.

Autotask
Enable Global Setting:
- From the Autotask home page, click on the Autotask Menu then navigated to Admin > Extensions & Integrations > Other Extensions & Tools > Kaseya IT Complete
- Click the checkbox next to Enable log in with IT Complete
NOTE: Copy the Launcher Module URL and past it in the URL field of the Autotask module in KaseyaOne to ensure SSO works correctly. - Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- From the Autotask home page, navigate to your user profile picture.
- Click on the Enable Log in with IT Complete option. If the option says "Disable Log in with IT Complete" then you have already enabled it.
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
BMS/Vorex*
(*These instructions apply to Vorex as well)
Enable Global Setting:
- From the BMS home page, navigate to Admin > My Company, Company Settings > IT Complete Tab
- Toggle the switch next to Log in with IT Complete
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- From the BMS home page, navigate to My Account.
- Click on the Enable Log in with IT Complete option
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
BullPhish ID
Enable Global Setting:
- From the BullPhish ID home page, navigate to My Account > Organization Settings

From the Authentication tab, click on Enabled next to Enable IT Complete SSO
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- From the BullPhish ID home page, navigate to My Account > My Settings
- From the Authentication tab, click on Enabled next to the Enable IT Complete SSO
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Commerce
Enable Global Setting:
- From the left navigation menu, click Settings > Team
- In the Log in with IT Complete section, click Enable IT Complete.
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- Click your profile name in the left navigation menu
- Click on the Enable Log In with IT Complete option
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
ConnectBooster
Enable Global Setting:
- Navigate to Settings -> Configurations -> IT Complete
- Check the box next to Log In with IT Complete
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- Click on the User Account button.
- Select Enable Log in with IT Complete
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Datto Partner Portal (and most Datto Modules)*
*(Most of the Datto modules are accessed via the Datto Portal. Once you enable Log in with KaseyaOne in the Datto Partner Portal, you may access any of the modules below from the portal without having to configure SSO for each one.) You must be a Security Admin in Datto Partner Portal to access the Login with KaseyaOne settings.

- Log into the Datto Partner Portal and navigate to Security Settings under the Admin menu.
- Scroll down to the Enable Log In with Kaseya IT Complete tile and Click Enable Log In with IT Complete
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- From the Datto Portal home page, navigate to your user settings menu
- Click Enable Login with IT Complete from the dropdown menu
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Endpoint Backup
Enable Global Setting:
- From the EndPoint Backup home page, navigate to Configure > MSP Settings
- Click Register next to IT Complete under the Register your organization section.
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:

Graphus
Enable Global Setting:
- From the Graphus home page, navigate to MSP Administration > Authentication
- Click the Enable K1 Integration link

- From the Graphus home page, navigate to My Account
- Click Enable Log in with IT Complete
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
IT Glue/My Glue/Network Glue*
*(Once you enable Log in with KaseyaOne for IT Glue, you may access the My Glue and Network Glue modules without having to configure SSO for each one.)
Enable Global Setting:

- From the MITP Portal home page, navigate to My Profile > Organization Settings > Security

- From the MITP Portal home page, navigate to My Profile

Passly
Enable Global Setting:
- From the Passly home page, navigate to IT Complete on the left-hand side
- Toggle the switch next to Enable under IT COMPLETE
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- From the Passly home page, navigate to My Account
- Click on Enable Log in with IT Complete
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Powered Services
*A Powered Services user with Manager permissions is required to configure the Global Setting.
Enable Global Setting:
- From the Powered Services home page, navigate to My Company.
- Click SUBMIT under Register below the KaseyaOne section.
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option.
Enable Individual Setting:
- Navigate to the Powered Services login page: http://poweredservices.kaseya.com.
- Click on Log in with KaseyOne
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option.
Rapid Fire Tools (Compliance Manager, Cyber Hawk, Network Detective Pro and VulScan)*
*(Once you set up Log in with KaseyaOne in the Rapid Fire Tools portal, you may access Compliance Manager, Cyber Hawk, Network Detective Pro and Vulscan without having to configure SSO for each one.)
Enable Global Setting:
- From the RFT home page, navigate to Global Settings > IT Complete
- Toggle the Log in with IT Complete Switch

Enable Individual Setting:
- From the RFT home page, navigate to My Account
- Click on Enable Log in with IT Complete

RocketCyber
Enable Global Setting:

Navigate to the Provider drop-down menu in RocketCyber and click Provider Settings.

Spanning
To enable SSO from KaseyaOne to Spanning there are only 2 requirements:
KaseyaOne Setting:
The user must have the Spanning Admin boxed checked in KaseyaOne.
Spanning Setting:
Initial configuration requires access to the tenant as a Global Admin only.
- Login to Spanning Backup for Microsoft 365 as a Global Administrator.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Navigate to Services.
- Locate the Login with IT Complete setting and turn it on.
- Click onLink External Organization. It will launch Microsoft 365 login page to prove that the person who is linking is a global administrator for that tenant.
Traverse
Enable Global Setting:
- From the Traverse home page, navigate to Superuser > Global Configuration > Integration Settings
- Check the box next to Enable IT Complete (SSO) under the IT Complete (SSO) section
- Click Enable in the IT Complete SSO popup
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Enable Individual Setting:
- From the Traverse home page, navigate to My Account
- Click on Enable Log in with IT Complete
- Enter your KaseyaOne credentials to complete enabling the SSO option
Unitrends
Enable Global Setting:
- From the Unitrends home page, navigate to Settings > Integrations

- From the Unitrends home page, navigate to My Account

- From the Univew home page, Navigate to System > Server Management > Logon Policy

VSA*
*(For VSA On-Premise servers, VSA will need to be registered with IT Complete by the customer. For SaaS servers, the server registration process will be performed by Kaseya.)
Enable Global Setting:
- From the VSA home page, Navigate to System > Server Management > Logon Policy

Enable Global Setting:
- From the VSA X Home page, navigate to Integrations > KaseyaOne on the left-hand navigation menu.
